You can try turning off any background applications that might be hogging up CPU or GPU resources. Every bit helps to keep that frame rate smooth!

Honestly, just lower your resolution a bit if your PC is struggling. You'll get those frames up quick!

I managed to get Sonic Generations running at 60FPS by overclocking my GPU a tad and tweaking the anti-aliasing settings. Made all the difference!
