First, you'll need a legal ROM of Street Fighter Alpha 3. Put it in the correct folder on your RetroPie setup (normally `/home/pi/RetroPie/roms/arcade` for MAME). Then, make sure you have the right emulator installed. Most folks use `lr-mame2003-plus` for this game. Restart your RetroPie and you should see it in your game list!

I've got RetroPie running Alpha 3 with `lr-fbalpha`. Put the ROM in the `arcade` folder, then launch it. Works like a charm and it's so nostalgic!

Don't forget to scrape metadata to get the cool cover art and info for the game!

Just get the ROM and put it in the RetroPie arcade folder. Use the MAME emulator. Easy peasy!
