Go for Yuzu emulator! It's open-source and pretty reliable. Don’t forget to have a legal copy of the game before you dive in.
You need to use a Nintendo Switch emulator like Yuzu or Ryujinx. Download the emulator, get the Super Mario Odyssey ROM, and you're golden! Just be sure you already own the game legally!
Using Yuzu or Ryujinx emulators will let you run Super Mario Odyssey on PC. Make sure to dump your own game files from a legally purchased copy. I've done it, and it works surprisingly well!
