Alright, first off, make sure your Steam Deck is updated to the latest software version. Next, launch Steam in desktop mode and download The Finals. Once installed, switch back to gaming mode and you should be all set!
Got my Steam Deck a few weeks ago! Here's what worked for me: Switch to desktop mode, install The Finals, then go back to gaming mode. Boom, it runs perfectly!
It's basically the same as installing any other game on the Steam Deck. Just grab it from your Library, and you're good!
