You'll need a monitor that supports 144hz and a decent GPU. Set your refresh rate in the Windows display settings, then crank up the settings in War Thunder by going to Settings > Graphics!

The key is in the settings! Just make sure your monitor and GPU can handle 144hz, then adjust the settings in-game and in your OS.

To run War Thunder at 144hz, make sure your monitor supports 144hz and set the refresh rate in both Windows display settings and the game settings. In War Thunder, go to Settings > Graphics and ensure you select the 144hz option.
