First hand experience here! Reducing texture quality and particle effects really helped my old rig. Try using the 32-bit launcher too.
Pro tip: Run Warframe in windowed mode at a lower resolution to save some extra FPS.
Disable things like motion blur, dynamic lighting, and reflections. Warframe can still look good on low settings.
Swap to DirectX 10 in the launcher settings if you鈥檙e experiencing serious lag. Worked wonders for me.
