Straight up, you can't sell houses in GTA 5. What you CAN do is trade it in when buying a new one. Think of it like upgrading your crib and getting a discount for handing over your old keys.

Nope, selling houses isn't a thing in GTA 5 - you've gotta trade it to get some cash back. Not the best deal, but it's what we got.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but you can't directly sell your house in GTA 5 like you can in real life. However, you can trade it in! When you're buying a new house, you get the option to trade in your old one. This will give you some credit towards the new purchase, kinda like part-exchange deals at car dealerships. Make sure you're choosing a new pad you really like!

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
