Actually, it kinda works out in your favor if you think about it. When you 'sell' your property by trading it in for a new one, you're essentially getting a chunk of change knocked off your new purchase. So, while you can't get cash in hand, you're still benefitting financially. Plus, it's a good excuse to upgrade!

Oh, wanna switch up your real estate portfolio in Los Santos, huh? Here's the deal: you can't directly sell a property in GTA 5 Online like you'd hope. But, you can trade it in! When you're buying a new property, look for the option to trade in your old place. This gives you a discount on the new pad based on the value of your old one. Kinda like part-exchanging at a car dealership!

Short answer: You can't sell properties. Only trade. Buy something new, trade the old. That's the GTA real estate market for ya!

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
