How to Save a Photo from Instagram on PC
Here's a little trick: Press 'Ctrl + Shift + I', go to the 'Elements' tab, find the image URL, and save from there. Techy but works like a charm!

Open the image in a new tab by right-clicking it, then right-click again and select 'Save image as...'.
Right-click the photo and select 'Save image as...' Easy peasy!
Use the Snipping Tool or Snip & Sketch if you're on Windows! Take a screenshot, and save it!
Honestly, just do a screenshot. Quick and dirty, but gets the job done!
