Downloading videos straight up isn't a feature on Instagram.
Unfortunately, Instagram doesn't allow direct downloads to your device, but you can use third-party apps like 'InstaSave' or websites to do the job. Just be cautious!
I once used a screen recording feature on my phone to save an Instagram video. Got it saved directly to my gallery!
