How to Save and Exit Terraria on PC
Remember, Terraria autosaves too. So even if you forget to manually save by hitting Esc > Save and Exit, you're likely not losing much progress. Still, better safe than sorry!

Just press ESC and click 'Save and Exit'. Done. No need to worry about losing progress.
lol just ALT+F4, game saves automatically. But seriously, use the menu to be safe.
