You don't need to do anything special to save in Sonic Mania. Finish a level and boom, it's saved! As long as you're not in "No Save" mode, you're golden.

Saving in Sonic Mania is simple! Play through the levels in any mode except "No Save" mode because that's pretty self-explanatory! After you complete each Act, the game automatically saves your progress. Happy playing!
