Easy peasy! Just head to the user's profile on a web browser, right-click the profile pic, and select 'Open Image in New Tab'. Then you can just right-click again to save it!
Use an online Instagram DP downloader. Just google 'Instagram DP downloader' and you'll find a bunch of options. Pop in the username and voila!
