Use the Pinterest app and simply tap the image you like, then tap the three-dot menu icon, and select 'Download Image'. Done!
From my experience, using Pinterest on desktop is a breeze. Click on the pin you want to save, and then right-click the image. Choose 'Save Image As' and pick your folder. Voila!
