I always upload my clips to YouTube first (set to private), then download them using a video downloader app.

Just use the PS App! Go into your captures, select the clip, and download it directly to your phone. Easy peasy!

In my experience, the quickest way is to link your Twitter account, share the clip there, and then download it from your phone.
