Easy peasy! Just use a USB drive. Go to 'Settings' > 'Application Saved Data Management' > 'Saved Data in System Storage' > 'Copy to USB Storage Device'. Plug in your USB and copy away!

You can save your data to an external hard drive as well. It's the same process as using a USB stick. Just make sure you have enough space.
