How to save stories on Instagram
You can save your own stories by enabling the 'Save to Archive' option in your Story Settings. Go to Settings > Privacy > Story, then toggle on 'Save to Archive'.

You can save stories to your Highlights by clicking the heart icon on your profile.
Easy peasy! Just view the story you want to save, tap the three dots in the bottom right corner, and select 'Save Photo' or 'Save Video'.
Just tap those three little dots and hit 'Save!' It's that simple.
