I've been playing for a while and I found that as long as you see the 'saving' icon on the bottom right corner, your clan data is safe. Just don't exit mid-save!
You can't really 'save' your clan in Project Slayers. If you mean keeping your clan progress, make sure your game saves automatically, and always exit properly to avoid losing progress.
Hot take: If you're worried about saving, you might be playing too close to the edge. Just let it auto-save!
