Super easy! Just go to the main menu, tap the settings button (it's that little gear icon), and then select the 'QR Scanner' option. Point your camera at the QR code, and boom, you're done!

Open Pokémon GO, tap the Poké Ball at the bottom of the screen, choose 'Settings,' then scroll down to 'QR Scanner.' Line up the code in the frame and it'll scan automatically.
