Easy peasy! Just grab your phone or tablet and open the Pokemon TCG Live app. There should be a 'Scan' button somewhere on the screen, usually in the 'Cards' or 'Collection' section. Tap that, and your device's camera will open up. Point it at the QR code on the Pokemon card, making sure the code is within the frame, and boom, the app should recognize it and add the digital version of the card to your collection. Make sure you've got good lighting to make it easier for your camera to read the QR code.

Honestly, just aim your camera and snap. If your room's as dark as a cave, though, you might wanna turn on a light or two. Darkness and QR codes don't mix well.

I've been scanning codes for my deck on Pokemon TCG Live for ages, and half the battle is just making sure your camera isn't smudged. Clean your lens, find some decent lighting, and you'll be scanning like a champ in no time.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
