You just need to get the Synthesis Scanner from Simaris and then hold down your scanner button when you find the target!
All you need is a Synthesis Scanner from Simaris in the Relay. Then, locate and scan those blue targets in missions!
You need to equip the Synthesis Scanner from Simaris at any Relay. Find the blue targets in your mission and scan them until the progress bar fills up. Happy hunting!
