Scrapping items in Fallout Shelter is pretty straightforward, but you gotta have the right setup first. Make sure you've built a Weapons Workshop for weapons or an Outfit Workshop for outfits. Tap on the workshop, choose the weapon or outfit you wanna scrap, and then look for the scrap icon, which looks a bit like a recycling symbol. Hit that, and voila, you've got yourself some crafting junk!
