You can use the PS Remote Play app on your mobile device or PC to screen cast to your PS5. Just make sure both your PS5 and device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network and log in with the same PSN account.

I usually screen cast to my PS5 using the built-in screen mirroring feature on my Android phone. Open the 'Remote Play' app, sign in to your PSN account, and follow the on-screen instructions.
