On an iPhone, go to Settings > Control Center > Customize Controls, then tap the '+' next to Screen Recording. After that, swipe up and hit the record button. Same for Insta!
If you're on Android, swipe down twice from the top of your screen and tap Screen Record. Then just go to Instagram and do your thing.
