Try using airplane mode: load the Snap, turn on airplane mode, take the screenshot, close Snapchat, and then turn off airplane mode. Just be quick about it!

Use another device to take a picture of the Snapchat screen. It's old school but it works!

TBH, trying to screenshot without the other person knowing might get you into trouble. Maybe don't do it.
