Scrolling on the Steam Deck is pretty intuitive! Just use the touchscreen and swipe up or down, just like you would on any touchscreen device. If you're more of a button person, you can also use the right trackpad to scroll - it works like a charm once you get the hang of it. Plus, the L3 and R3 buttons (pressing down on the analog sticks) act as page up and page down in many situations, which can make browsing through long lists a breeze.
Honestly, I just use the touchscreen. Feels more natural for scrolling through games and menus.
