Easiest way? Just click on your profile name right at the top, then hit 'View Profile'. Scroll down a bit, and boom, you're in achievement city. All your glorious (or not-so-glorious) achievements are right there.

A quick method I prefer: Launch the game you wanna check achievements for, then shift+tab to open the Steam Overlay. There's a 'View Achievements' option. Super handy when you're in-game and wanna have a quick look!

Honestly, just use the mobile app. Go to your profile, and your achievements are there. Easier to brag on the go.
