Easy peasy! Just go to your profile and click on 'Saved' – you'll find all your pins there neatly organized on your boards!
Just go to your profile and select the 'Saved' tab. Voila! All your images are there.
Profile -> Saved. If it were any easier, they'd just show up on your doorstep!
