How to See Deleted Instagram Posts
You can’t see deleted posts directly on Instagram but if you have them saved on your device before deleting, you're in luck. Otherwise, there's no official way to recover them from Instagram itself.

If you archived them instead of deleting, check your Archive in Instagram settings! For actual deletions, use backups or check synced cloud services.
Simple answer: You can't. Once they're gone, they're gone unless you backed them up elsewhere.
Used to be paranoid about accidentally deleting my posts, so now I always back up my photos to Google Photos! Saved me a few times.
