Sorry, once they're deleted from Instagram, they're gone for good unless you saved them elsewhere. Time to dig through old backups!
Honestly, unless you have those posts saved in a backup or on another app, there's no way to recover deleted Instagram posts from years ago.
I once found an old photo I'd posted by checking my Google Photos backup. Highly recommend it if you were using the app's backup feature.
