Open your Facebook app or website, go to Settings & Privacy, click on Settings, then Blocking, and voila, there's your block list!
Click on the dropdown arrow at the top-right of Facebook, select Settings & Privacy, then Settings, and finally, Blocking on the left. All your blocked users are there.
From personal experience, once you navigate to the Blocking section under Settings on Facebook, you'll find a comprehensive list of the people you've blocked. You can even unblock if you have a change of heart!
