Just use a separate FPS monitor. No FPS counter exists in Starfield itself. Sorry folks!

You can enable the FPS counter on your Xbox by going to Settings > Preferences > Capture & Share, and then toggle the "Display FPS Counter". If you're on PC, game overlay features from NVIDIA or AMD work great too!
