On mobile? Tap the 'Friends' icon (it looks like two people) at the bottom of the app and you'll see your friend requests right there.
You can also go to your profile, click on the 'Friends' tab, and then click 'Friend Requests' to see what's pending.
Click the 'Friends' icon at the top of your Facebook homepage, then select 'Find Friends' to see all your pending friend requests!
