Easy peasy! Just go to your profile, navigate to 'My games & apps,' select the game, press the menu button, and then choose 'Statistics' or 'Game Details'. Voilà, game hours!

Just hit the Xbox button, go to 'Achievements', select the game, and check the 'Stats' tab. You’ll see your game hours right there.
