Easy peasy! Just fire up Steam and head to your Library. There's a 'Gifts and Guest Passes' option under the 'Games' menu. Click that, and you'll see a list of all the games you've been gifted. It's like Christmas morning, but you can experience it anytime!

Honestly, just check your email. Steam sends you an email whenever you get a gifted game. Click the link in the email, accept the gift, and it'll show up in your library. Done and done.
