How to See History on Instagram
To see your Instagram search history, just go to your profile, tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines), go to 'Settings,' then 'Security,' and finally 'Search History.' Easy peasy!

You can also see your story history in 'Archive.' Open your profile, tap the menu, go to 'Archive,' then switch between 'Stories Archive' and 'Posts Archive.' Time travel, Instagram style!

Check your 'Posts You've Liked' from your profile settings. Go to your profile, tap the menu, 'Settings,' 'Account,' and then 'Posts You've Liked.' You'll find all your precious double-taps there.
