You can check how fresh your post is by visiting the plaza in Splatoon 2. Look for the Inkopolis Square and see how much love your post got from other players. Just keep an eye out for other players reacting to it!
Honestly, the freshest posts are the ones with the best puns or doodles. Just saying.
As a veteran Inkling, I found out that hanging out in the square and seeing other players react to your post gives the best indication of freshness!
