All you gotta do is hit the Poke Ball icon at the bottom, tap your Trainer's face, and you'll find 'Total Battles Won' in the list!

Just head to your Trainer profile! Tap on your avatar in the bottom left, then scroll down a bit to see your battle stats.

Click the Poke Ball -> Trainer icon -> scroll down. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy.
