Easy peasy! Just head on over to the 'View my account' page on Steam, click on 'Data Related to Your Steam Account' at the bottom, then select 'External Funds Used'. Boom, there's your total spending laid out.

Did this out of curiosity and, oh boy, it's like counting how many times you've been to the fridge at night. Just go to your account page, look for 'External Funds Used' and brace yourself.
