How to See if Pokemon Cards are Original
CopyingSole路7 months agoFirst off, check the card texture! Original Pokemon cards have a unique, slightly glossy finish and you can feel a bit of texture, especially on rare cards. Then, look at the edges; real cards have clean, precise cuts. The color is another giveaway; originals have vibrant, consistent colors, not faded or off-shade. Hold it up to the light; real cards have a thin layer of black within the cardstock. And lastly, the font! Official cards use a specific, consistent font that fakes often get wrong.

Honestly, just weigh them. Fakes feel flimsier than the real deal.
You gotta check the alignment of the printing. Misaligned graphics or text is a dead giveaway for a fake!
Check the HP and attack damage too. Sometimes, fakes have all sorts of weird stats that don鈥檛 match up with any real cards.
