Just open Instagram, go to your profile, tap the three lines on the top, then Settings -> Security -> Access Data. You'll find it under 'Current Follow Requests.'
Honestly, it's not super obvious. You need to go to Settings -> Security -> Access Data and find 'Current Follow Requests.'
