Sorry to burst your bubble, but Merge Dragons doesn't actually have a 'journal' feature per se. What you might be looking for are the 'Quests' and 'Goals' screens where your achievements and upcoming challenges are tracked. You can find them by tapping on the bottom right icons in your camp for quests and challenges. It's like a to-do list, but with dragons!
