Just click on the 'likes' under the post, simple as that!
You can check out the likes on someone else's Instagram by visiting their post and tapping 'liked by' where it shows the number of likes. It'll display a list of people who've liked the post.
Instagram's privacy settings prioritize user data protection, so seeing others' likes requires visiting each post!
