You can view your linked accounts on PSN by going to 'Settings' > 'Account Management' > 'Linked Services'. Voilà, there you'll see all your linked services!

I just checked mine! Head over to 'Settings,' then navigate to 'Account Management,' and finally click on 'Linked Services' to see all your linked accounts.
