Just head over to War Thunder's official site, log in, and check the 'Community' tab. It has all the player profiles you might want.

You can't really see all players on the War Thunder website directly. The in-game friends list and leaderboards are your best bet.

I personally use the in-game features to find players, like the squadron list and leaderboards. The website doesn't have a comprehensive player search.
