Head over to 'Activity Log' in your Facebook profile, and filter the content by 'Groups' to see all your group posts.

To see the posts you've made in Facebook groups, go to the group where you posted, click on the 'Search this Group' bar, and type your name. It should display your posts!
Just remember, not all heroes wear capes – some just use the 'Activity Log' feature!
You can also scroll through the group feed, but make sure you have your detective hat on – could take some time!
