Just open 'Settings', head to 'Family and Parental Controls', and then to 'Family Management'. Select your profile to see your screen time. Easy as pie!

Go to 'Settings' > 'Family and Parental Controls' > 'Family Management'. Pick your profile, and you'll see your screen time info. Happy gaming!
