How to see time played on PS4
Unfortunately, the PS4 doesn’t have a built-in feature to check playtime for all games, but you can track some of them using the in-game stats or trophies in certain games.

You can’t see total playtime on the PS4 itself. Use third-party apps or websites for detailed tracking if the game's in-built stats don't help.
Not all games on PS4 have this feature, but some games do let you check your total playtime in the in-game stats or options menu.
If you're desperate to see your playtime, you might need to find workarounds like checking in-game stats or looking at your trophy timestamps to estimate.
