Easy! Just go to their profile, and if they're playing a game, it will show up on their page.
You can see what someone's playing by visiting their profile. The game they're currently in pops up right under their username if they're online.
Open their profile. If they're currently playing, it'll display the game right there.
Honestly, just friend them and use the Friends tab. Way easier!
