Open Twitch, click on your profile icon in the top right corner, and then select 'Following' from the drop-down menu. There ya go!
Why would you even need a guide? Just click 'Following' on the homepage. Done.
On the Twitch mobile app, tap the heart icon at the bottom. All your followed channels will be listed there.
